1. Return Policy
  • Check Upon Delivery: We kindly request that you inspect all products for quality and quantity immediately upon delivery.
  • Return Eligibility: Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are in their original packaging and the product’s quality remains the same as when it was received.
  • Non-Returnable Items:
    o Prescription Medicines: Due to regulatory reasons, prescription medicines cannot be returned unless the product is defective, damaged, or expired.
    o Opened Products: Once the product seal is broken or the product has been used, it cannot be returned unless it is defective.
  • How to Return:
    o Option 1: You can return your products directly to [MNP Address]. Once we receive your products, we will process your refund to your Bank Account, Easy Paisa, or Jazz Cash.
    o Option 2: Our partner courier can pick up the products from your delivery address. Once we receive your products, we will deduct Rs 150 from your order amount and refund the remaining balance to your Bank Account, Easy Paisa, or Jazz Cash.
  • Tampered Products: If you suspect your product has been tampered with, please retain the original product and packaging. We will provide instructions on how to return the product.
2. Refund Policy
