How to update medicines/dosage?
Log into your account, navigate to your prescription details, and update the medications or dosages as needed. Your doctor may need to approve any changes.

To sign up for medication management or reminder services, use your CareConnect account. Follow the prompts during setup or go to your account settings to enroll.

How to cancel an order?
To cancel an order, go to your order history, select the order, and click on the "Cancel" option. This is only available if the order hasn’t been processed yet.
How to cancel a subscription?
To cancel your subscription, log into your CareConnect account, go to the subscription settings, and follow the prompts to cancel the service.
