Generic Name: Tamsulosin + Solifenacin
How Does it Work
Tamsolin‑S combines tamsulosin (muscle relaxant for prostate/bladder neck) and solifenacin (reduces bladder muscle overactivity). Together, they relieve both voiding and storage urinary symptoms.
How It Helps
It is helpful for men who have an enlarged prostate with symptoms like urgency, frequent urination, and urinary leakage (overactive bladder symptoms), along with poor urine flow.
How to Use it
Take one tablet daily with food, preferably at the same time each day. Do not split or chew. Your doctor may adjust dosage based on your symptoms and kidney/liver function.
