1. Check that the solution is clear and colorless.
2. Do not use if frozen, cloudy, or has particles.
3. Remove the vial’s plastic cap (leave the rubber stopper).
4. Unwrap the Sem-P Disposable Syringe and remove its needle shield.
5. Pull the plunger to the dose line to draw air.
6. Insert needle into vial, inject air.
7. Turn vial upside down, withdraw the prescribed dose.
8. Tap out any air bubbles.
9. Remove syringe from vial.
10. Choose injection site (abdomen, thigh, or back of upper arm).
11. Pinch skin, insert needle at 90° angle.
12. Inject the full dose. Hold needle under skin for 5 seconds.
13. Remove needle.
