Getfil™ (Sildenafil)

Generic Name: Resmetirom

Rs.300
Prescription Required
What Is Getfil Used For?

Getfil contains Sildenafil and is used to treat erectile
dysfunction (ED) in adult men. Erectile dysfunction sometimes described as
difficulty getting or maintaining an erection can affect sexual performance.
Getfil helps improve the natural erectile response when sexual stimulation
occurs.

How It Works

Sildenafil blocks an enzyme called phosphodiesterase type 5
(PDE5). This helps blood vessels in the penis relax and increases blood flow,
making it easier to achieve and maintain an erection during sexual stimulation.

Getfil does not cause an automatic erection, increase sexual
desire or protect against sexually transmitted infections.

Dosage & Administration

Getfil is available in:

  • 25 mg tablets
  • 50 mg tablets
  • 100 mg tablets

The usual recommended starting dose is 50 mg, taken approximately one hour before sexual activity. Depending on effectiveness and tolerability, a doctor may adjust the dose to 25 mg or 100 mg.

Take the tablet with water. It may be taken with or without food; however, a heavy or high-fat meal may delay its effect. Do not take more than one dose within 24 hours.

Use Getfil only as directed by your doctor. A lower dose may be required for older adults or people with certain medical conditions or interacting medicines.
