Semaglutide mimics the GLP-1 hormone, which slows digestion, reduces hunger, and stabilizes blood sugar. This helps in improved insulin sensitivity and long-term weight control.

Sem-P Pen works by activating GLP-1 and GIP receptors, which regulate appetite, insulin secretion, and energy use. This dual action helps:

Sem-P® is administered once weekly via subcutaneous injection using a prefilled pen.

Dosing Schedule:

• Weeks 1–4: Start with 0.25 mg
• Weeks 5–8: Escalate to and maintain at 0.5 mg
• Week 9 onward: Maintain at 1.0 mg

Available Strengths:

• 2 mg/1.5 mL (delivers 0.25 mg and 0.5 mg increments)
• 4 mg/3 mL (delivers 1 mg increments)
